Tasting Note:This is a phenomenal wine that opens up layer by layer in the glass. During the first hour, it was all ripe plums an blackberries and as it unfolded, there were complex flavours that ranged from mocha, spices to roasted coffee notes. Beautifully textured, not too heavy, with polished tannins and an extremely long finish. Sensational wine! |
