常常听说邮件发出去石沉大海。大家可能要了解一点:一个采购员一天要接触上百封邮件。正因如此,很多培训公司都在教人所谓的“Desktop management”―― 把事情按照“重要度”(i mport ance)和“紧急性”(ur gency)来分为四象限。而今天我们要说的是“call for action”,说穿了,就是安利你的套路之一。 补脑一下这个场景: 某培训大师的免费分享,优秀风趣的口才+满大街都懂的商业理论把你听得热血沸腾,这时候大师跟你说:想成为朕不是梦,马上扫一扫这个“遇见最好的自己人生学堂”课程,每天只花十元就可以改变你的一生了!!! 你是什么反应?―― 太感动了,大师真神人也!才十块就可以改变我的人生了! See?这就是活灵活现的“Call for action”。 给买家写邮件也是同样。在你做了很多背景准备后,最后还是要化为行动的。要落地,要有实际的动作。我看了很多同学们的邮件,给我的感觉就是欠了个有力的“call for action”―― 邮件中铺设了很多,但最后只是无力地来一句:“looking forward to your reply”。 这里分享一个很普通的跟进项目的邮件,大家学习的着眼点应该在最后的那段,其次就是文中英文的用法。 以下是原文:
Hello C, How are you today? :) Since May, 2014, we began to contact, it isalmost 3 years until now.
In the beginning two years, there is no big improvement between us.
But it really made us very happy that you contacted us voluntarily about your big purchase plan in this July.
We have discussed about the models, prices, payment and shipment terms, even about the formal order, among the past six months.
However, it seems that we have reached an impasse once again.
As there is no more news from you for a long time. We can understand that you need more time to project your big plan, that??s why we suggested to begin with trial order, which is just as we talked last time. I think, it is also a very good chance for both of us to found a good cooperation foundation.
