Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders in the Community

Annette O’Malley is a Director of Technology, based in our Global Technology and Information Center (GTIC) in Oldsmar, Fla. She was originally part of IAG Research, a company that Nielsen acquired in 2008. Since she joined the team 11 years ago, Annette has taken on educational and development opportunities in the community in addition to her role at Nielsen.

Driving Change for Women in Nielsen

Cecilie Westh is based in Denmark and serves as the Market Leader for the Nordic countries. Cecilie also maintains a leadership role on Nielsen’s employee resource group, Women in Nielsen (WIN) in Europe, and has since led many global and local initiatives. Cecilie’s involvement in WIN has helped her develop as a leader. It has also given her the opportunity to network with many other Nielsen associates around the world.

Advocating Diversity to our Clients and Internal Stakeholders

Kivon Redd is an Associate Client Manager for our Multicultural Growth and Strategy team, based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since joining Nielsen, Kivon has been able to use our insights and his own experiences to guide our clients on their multicultural journeys.

Accelerating Change with Return Path Data (RPD)

Samantha Mowrer is an Associate Data Science Manager, based in our Schaumburg, Ill. office. Since joining Nielsen in 2013, she has worked on developing statistical methods for local and national television products. Samantha is currently focused on integrating return path data (RPD) from cable and satellite providers into the Nielsen Local TV ratings, an initiative that is accelerating exciting changes within the company.
