⊙If your players, rather than get hurt, turn their backs on the ball when they’re pressing in midfield take a look at this recovery game. I use recovery sessions where players must watch their own position and that of their team mates in getting back behind the ball to block it. 如果在一场重夺球权的比赛中，你的球员在中场逼抢时，在并没有受伤的情况放弃了争抢，你该怎么办？我设计了一个重夺球权的游戏，在这个游戏中，每个球员需要选择好自己的位置和观察队友的站位。 ⊙This takes their minds off the original problem of getting hit by the ball and turns the focus on getting back and blocking. The defending team starts with a player next to the opposition’s goal. He is the recovering player, leaving 3v2 on the pitch. 场上3V3（加上守门员），防守的一方派出一名球员站在攻方的底线，这个球员就负责重夺球权，场上剩下2V3 ⊙The attacking team (with three players on the pitch) starts the game with a pass out from the keeper.
