旅游英语指南之“入住酒店篇”

出去玩儿就免不了要住宿，虽然现在网络预定很方便了，但是有时免不了去电话double check。还是按照默认套路：由预定到退房从头到尾练一遍。

1、酒店预定 （Room Reservation）

当你想预定住宿的时候，你可以直接给酒店打电话，告诉他们你要订房，当然也可以一上来就问价格

'How much are your rooms?' 你们的房间多少钱？
'What are your rates?' 你们的房价是多少？
'Our rooms start at $79 for a standard room and go up to $300 for a suite.' 我们的房间从标准间79美金到套房300美金。
'Can I reserve a room?' 我能预定一间房么？

'I would like to reserve a room.' 我想预定一间房。

酒店首先都会问你订房的日期和入住天数

'What day do you want to check in?' 您想哪天入住？
'I would like a room from June 22nd to June 25th.' 我想预定一间房，从6月22日到6月25日。
'How long will you be staying with us?' 您要住多久？
'When will you be checking out?' 您哪天退房？
'How many days would you like the room for?' 您想预定几天的房？
'I am going to stay for 3 days.' 我要住3天。
'I would like to reserve the room for 4 days.' 我想预定4天的房。

一些酒店对房间住宿的人数有要求，加床或者超过规定人数，要额外收费

'How many total children will be with you?' 一共入住几名儿童？
'A total of four adults.' 一共4个大人。
'I will be alone.' 我独自住。
'One adult and 2 children.' 一个大人和两个小孩。

在确定房间和人数后，酒店会确认你的住宿偏好，如床型等

'Would you like a single king size bed, or two double size beds in the room?' 您是想要一个双人床还是两张双人床？
'Do you prefer a smoking or non smoking room?' 您想要吸烟房还是无烟房？
'I don't have a preference.' 我没有特殊要求。

然后，你需要提供信用卡账号进行担保

'Can I have your credit card number?' 请提供您的信用卡账号？
'What is your credit card number?' 您的信用卡账号是多少？

最后酒店会再次与你核实预定信息

'Ok, Mr. Lindbergh. I have one smoking room reserved for July 19th till July 22nd. The total comes to $256.78 after tax. If you need to cancel, please call us 24 hours before July 19th. Can I help you with anything else?' 好的，林德伯格先生。您预定了7月19日到7月22日的一间吸烟房。税后房费是256.78美金，如果您需要取消预定，需要在7月19日24小时前告知。您还有其他的需要么？

2、办理入住（Check in）

办理入住非常简单，你只需要到前台说要办理入住。有些酒店在客人办理入住时会提供湿毛巾和免费的迎宾饮料

'Hi, I have a reservation and I am checking in.' 你好，我有预定，我现在要办理入住。

“Welcome to stay with our hotel. Here are your welcome drinks.” 欢迎入住我们酒店，这是给您的迎宾饮料。

前台会要求你提供护照、信用卡，他们可能会与你确认入住信息，办完入住手续会给你房卡。可以利用这个时间，问问酒店住宿的相关问题

'Do you have concierge service here?' 你们提供礼宾服务么？
'Do you have a map of the city?' 你有这个城市的地图么？

“What is the time for breakfast?” 早晨时间是几点？
'What time should I check out by?' 我需要几点前退房？

3、客房服务（Room service）

如果第二天需要早起，可以让前台安排叫早

'Can I have a wake up call?' 我能安排一下叫早么？
'What time would you like your wake up call?' 您想安排几点叫早？
'At 7:30 am please. 明早7:30.

大部分酒店都会有客房服务，一般房间内的清单上都会标明各项客房服务的服务时间。如果你找不到或者弄不清楚，可以直接咨询前台

'What are the hours for room service?' 客服服务的时间是多久？

'House keeping. Can I come in？' 房间打扫，我能进来么？

'It is not convenient now. Would you come back after 2 hours？' 现在不方便，能2个小时候再来么?

'Could you send someone up for my laundry?' 请叫人到我的房间收取要洗的衣服，好吗?

'They serve hot food from 5:30am to 11:00pm.' 客房在早五点到晚十一点期间提供热食。

4、退房（Check out）

退房也非常简单，你直接都前台，告诉他们'I am checking out.我要退房' 。退房时，你需要交还房卡。酒店前台可能会让你签署一些费用文件。
'Should we charge the credit card on file or did you want to use a different card?' 我们用登记过的信用卡给您扣费，还是您用另外的信用卡支付？
'Your credit card will be charged a total of $256.78. Can you sign on the bottom?' 您的信用卡一共需要支付256.78美金，您能在下面签下名么？
'Thank you for staying with us. We look forward to seeing you again.' 谢谢您入住我们酒店，期待您下次光临。

如果退房时行李比较多，你可以请酒店安排门童帮你搬运行李，不过按照国外的习惯，搬运行李后，需要给他们小费
'Do you have a bellman here?'
如果你不想给小费，可以自己搬运行李，直接告诉他们'No thank you.'
