It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife. 凡是有钱的单身汉，总想娶位太太，这已经成了一条举世公认的真理。  这是小说《傲慢与偏见》(Pride and Prejudice)的第一句话。这句经典的开场白流传了200多年，时至今日，仍然被世人所津津乐道。 《傲慢与偏见》是英国小说家简·奥斯汀(Jane Austen)的代表作，小说讲述了乡绅之女伊丽莎白·班内特的爱情故事。 古往今来，作家笔下的爱情故事有很多，但奥斯汀笔下的伊丽莎白(Elizabeth)和达西(Darcy)无疑给世人留下了深刻的印象。他们之间的爱情谈不上轰轰烈烈，也谈不上刻骨铭心，然而，凡是看过小说或者小说改编的电影的人，无一不觉得真挚动人。  是什么让伊丽莎白和达西走到一起呢？东方君觉得美剧《生活大爆炸》里谢耳朵有句话可谓一句中的。 He's got too much pride. She's got too much prejudice.
