仪表进近程序的意义在于保证你在云中的安全,可一旦你犯错,你已将自己置于风险之中。

1) Choosing the wrong approach minimums.

You quickly look down at your approach plate and choosethe wrong minimums. If you're flying a non-precision approach and descend tothe minimums for a precision approach, you're no longer guaranteed terrainavoidance.

If you forget where you are along anapproach, you could miss a step-down fix or descend too early.

It's time to go missed and start theapproach again if your CDI goes full scale. You no longer have a guaranteedsafe path to the runway.

如果你的航向指示器发生满刻度偏离,是时候复飞并开始再次进近了。已经不再有一条至跑道的安全有保障的路线了


9) Forgetting radio callsfor VFR traffic.

Don't forget other airplanes might be inthe pattern at non-towered airports. Make sure you're talking to them.

10) Descending below MDAor DA/DH.

If you don't have the required items in FAR91.175 to descend below MDA orDA/DH, you can't keep descending. Dozens of accidents occur each year when pilots don't go missed when they should.

10)下降至低于最低决断高度或者决断高

如果你不具备FAR规章91.175条款中所列的下降至低于决断高度所需要的项目,则不允许继续下降。每年都有一系列的事故因为飞行员在应复飞时未复飞而发生。
