咽后颈内动脉 Kissing carotid arteries

Kissing carotid arteries or Retropharyngeal ICA

　　意译为“对吻颈内动脉”，也称为咽后颈内动脉；

　　是颈内动脉血管走形变异；因位于咽后、位置表浅；在扁桃体手术，扁桃体脓肿或咽后脓肿引流/手术，麻醉插管、颈椎前路手术等操作具有重要临床意义，损伤后会导致严重后果。
