集装箱改造的概念是这几年一直比较流行，比如集装箱住房，集装箱餐厅。相对于传统建筑，集装箱具备集成度高，可移动等优势，而在水产养殖领域，集装箱又能发挥哪些作用呢？

The container concept is very popularrecent years, the modified container can be used as apartment or restaurant. Comparedto the traditional construction, container solution has several advantages suchas small footprint and movable. Is the container concept can be used in Aquaculture?

伟伦万特近日交付了一套集装箱循环水养殖系统，针对内陆可移动海水养殖模式提供了一个比较完整的解决方案。

Wallenius Water handed over a container RAS solution. This solution makes the inland sea water aquaculture possible and the whole system is not very complicated to switch the location.

这套循环水系统由两个40尺的高箱组成，共划分为三个功能区域：养殖区域，水处理区域以及实验室办公区域。

The system is consisted by two 40 inches container and has three function areas: Breeding Area, Water Treatment Area,and Lab Area.

养殖区域 Breeding Area

跑道式养殖水槽 Raceway Breeding Tank

养殖区域由双层跑道式养殖水槽构成，每个箱体内可容纳8个水槽。双层跑道式的设计充分并合理利用了集装箱内部的空间，跑道水池的水面面积约为2.4平方米，水深约为0.4米，单个水池出水量约为1立方。单箱总水量即可达到8立方。

The breeding area is made by two layers raceway breeding tanks, each container contains 8 race tanks. The two layers design fully uses the space inside the container. The water surface of raceway tank is 2.4 m2, and 0.4 m depth which means each tank can take about 1 m3 water and one container will take 8 m3 water.

重力给水系统 Gravity Water Supply System

多层系统的均匀部水是系统设计中一个非常重要的环节。我们在这套系统中，采用了重力给水的设计，通过阀门进行压力调节，完美实现了养殖供水的均匀分布。

The inlet water distribution is always a critical point for multi-layer system. In this container solution, Wallenius Water by using gravity driving force and valve control, to achieve the water distribution in each tank almost the same.

保温处理 Insulation Treatment

箱体采用岩棉彩钢板进行整体保温，内部使用空调控制室温，同时循环水系统中使用冷水机组控制水温，使集装箱养殖水体的温度可以在18到25摄氏度之间自由调节。

The container is covered by Sandwich Panel from inside for insulation, by combining the air condition and heat pump, the temperature of the system water can be changed and maintained between 18 to 25 degrees all the year around.

水处理区域 Water Treatment Area

双水路处理系统 Duel Cycle Treatment

由于集装箱内部的空间有限，没有很大的水位差可以利用，我们为系统设计了双水路处理系统。一层回水通过微滤机进行物理过滤，处理以后与二层回水汇合，通过泵组进入移动生物床，完成硝化反应和增氧，再通过杀菌系统返回养殖区域。

Due to the space limitation inside the container, it is not easy to make enough head for circulation. That is how theduel cycle treatment design coming up. The first layer tanks will go through the drum filter for particle treatment and join in the loop of second layer. Then the water go through bio-filter for nitration and oxygenation and go back to the breed area after disinfection.

集污系统 Waste Water Collection System

由于海水养殖的特殊性，我们在系统中设计了集污的功能。将所有的废水以及养殖池排放的水，集中收集并储存到废水罐，避免了海水对市政排水的污染。

We designed the waste water collection system for this sea water application. All the waste water and discharge water will be collected and sent to the waste water tank in case of the pollution of municipal drain.

自动控制系统 Automatic Control

集装箱循环水系统不仅整合了伟伦万特标准循环水中所有的自动控制功能，同时还设计了旁路处理单元的自动添加与关闭。整套系统可实现水泵自动启停，自动补水，水泵调速，微滤机自动反冲洗，自动排污，自动调温，自动调节pH，杀菌单元自动启停等等。

This container solution contains nearly all the automatic functions of Wallenius Water standard RAS, Meanwhile, the system supports automatic bypass treatment. By using PLC, the system automatically control the pump, intake water, pump speed, drum filter backwashing,discharging, temperature control and pH control.

系统可以在线监测和收集水中溶解氧，温度，pH等水产参数的信息并绘制曲线进行记录。同时配备了自动报警和远程控制功能，可以实现无人值守，并能随时查看系统运行情况与数据。

The system can monitor the DO, Temp and pH online, all the date can be collected and create the curve. The alarm system and remote control system allow the people manage the system from anywhere.

通过不同水处理单元的有机组合，这套集装箱系统可以实现多种海产品养殖环境的切换，特别适合于暂养，运输以及城市海水养殖等特殊模式。

Combining different water treat process,this container system can used for many kinds of animals, especially suitable for temporary culturing, transportation and fish farming in the city.
