V ing做表语时是动名词？还是现在分词？

动名词作表语,主要是对主语内容的进一步说明和解释。它和主语间可以划等号，甚至可以交换位置。例如：

Her job is looking after children．(她的工作就是照看小孩）可以换为：Looking after children is her job.（照看小孩就是她的工作）

The problem is finding land for it.(问题是要为它找到土地）可以换为：Fanding land for it is the problem.(为它找到土地，这是个问题）

而现在分词充当表语，主要对主语特征进行描述，不能同主语划等号，因此不能同主语换位置。例如：

The situation was puzzling. 形势令人迷惑不解。

Her speech was touching. 她的发言很感人。
