酸碱值與營養 PH and Nutrition 飲食應以綠色蔬菜為主,水果及其它為次。肉類酸性通多,宜少吃。所以吃七份飽,食物八成是蔬菜水果,二成是肉類。同時有人提倡,蔬菜與水果要生吃。 The main nutrition should be green vegetable, fruits and berriesshould be the next importance.
