Unlocking pranamaya kosha

   There are five keys which we use to unlock perception an to experience pranamaya kosha. Keys are the psychic breath, the psychic passage, the psychic centers,  the psychic sound and the psychic symbol.

打开呼吸能量

我们常用的打开呼吸能量有五个关键。分别是精神呼吸,精神通道,精神中心,精神声音和精神象征物。

   The psychic breath.

   The psychic breath is the first ken to pranic awareness. Psychic breathing is the integration of the psychical breath with awareness. The experience of the breath can be both gross and subtle. The basis of the psychic breath is the gross physical breath, in the form of air moving through the nostrils at approximately fifteen times per minute, 21,6000 times every twenty-four hours, whether you are aware of it or not . the gross experience of breathing is the process  of drawing air down into the lungs and expelling it out through the nostrils . Manipulation of this gross process through willpower and concentration is one aspect of pranayama. The second aspect is psychic breathing

精神的呼吸是对能量意识的第一种知识范围。呼吸的经验可以是粗糙的或是精细的。精神呼吸的基础是身体的呼吸,是空气由鼻孔吸入形式。不管有没有意识到,一天大约会是21,6000次。粗糙的呼吸是吸入空气和呼出空气。通过意志力和集中注意力是控制呼吸粗糙过程的一个方面。第二个方面是精神的呼吸。

   In the initial stages of psychic breathing, the only requirement is psychic awareness of the breath. That is, becoming aware of the breath without trying to affect the natural flow of the breath cycle. Once this is achieved the movement of the breath during inhalation and exhalation is to be experienced in the form of ujjayi pranayama. Awareness of the deep sound and vibration we create during ujjayi and its movement during inhalation and exhalation completes the initial process of psychic breathing.

在精神的呼吸的初期阶段,唯一的要求是意识精神的呼吸。 ,就是试图不去努力影响而是自然而然地呼吸。一旦在UJJAYI中经历到呼和吸的过,我们就能得到呼和吸的运动过程。深度的觉醒和振动,是精神呼吸的初级阶段。

  Ujjayi involves the practice of awareness, concentration and the actual physiological contraction of the throat muscles. During the practice of ujjayi pranayama, which can also be performed together with khechari mudra and nasikagra drishti, there has to be awareness of the movement and the sound of the breath as it passes in through the throat.

意识的练习、集中和生理上的喉咙肌肉的收缩是可以通过UJJAYI来达到的。在UJJAYI呼吸法中,同样的喉契合法和nasikagra drishti,是一起练习的。当空气进入喉部时,就会自觉地关注呼吸的动作和声音。

  How does this awareness open our perception of pranamaya kosha? It is very simple. When we practice psychic breathing and can hold total awareness of the movement and sound of the inner breath in the throat , then the mind begins to relax and new forms of experience shape themselves within the personality. When we practice ujjayi, the physiological experience is one of tranquility, relaxation and one-pointedness. This is the gross experience of ujjayi, then there is the psychic experience.

这意识如何打开我们的呼吸能量? 它是十分简单的。当我们纪习精神呼吸时,就能关注全部的意识和喉部内在的呼吸。然后脑部开始放松从而形成新的个性的经验形式。当我们练习UJJAYI,就能感到平静、放松和关注一点。这就是粗糙的UJJAYI感受。然后是精神的经历。

   As we practice ujjayi we begin to move the prana. The first manifestation of mahaprana is the prana located in the chest . the fist physiological experience that arises from the movement and awakening of prana is in the form of a steam of white light of as a sort of tickling or burning sensation in the throat , chest and lungs. However, as the concentration becomes deeper and more intense, we experience prana more acutely and the experience changes.

当时我们实践ujjayi我们开始移动prana。 第一种感受到的能量是位于胸部的prana。 原因是能量的运动、唤醒和觉醒。就能感受在胸部有点痒或是有股气流在胸部流动。当更集中和强烈时,就能确切地感受到理剧烈的变化。

  The pshchic passage

  The second key to pranic awareness is the psychic passage. This is any pathway in the body through which awareness, breath and prana are directed in one stream of combined force. It is not a limited concept because we can make a psychic passage anywhere , to or from any part of the body. Once the passage is visualized, the psychic breath can be moved anywhere in the body using ujjayi pranayama. This will effect an actual pranic transfer. Psychic breathing is an integral part of prana ,and it must be mastered to the point where it becomes extremely subtle and spontaneous.

能量觉醒的第二个关键是精神通道。一旦UJJAYI能够感知,那么通过UJJAYI呼吸法就能移动任何地方的能量。这是通道是通过意识,呼吸和能量的融合的一种力量。也能够影响并产生实际的能量转移。精神呼吸也是整体能量的一部份,必须自如地掌握并让它微细的发生。

   In the practice of prana vidya, for example, many psychic passages are created, one after the other, so that prana can be distributed to all parts of the body. Some are long and complex routes, and some are short and simple. However, for the purpose of awakening prana, there are several important psychic passages which must be purified and opened before we begin the actual practice of prana vidya.

在能量的练习中,许多精神的通道被一个接一个的创建,这样能量就能分配到身体的各个部分。一些是长而复杂的,一些是短而简单的。然而,为了能量的觉醒,有些重要的精神通道就必须被净化,才能打开能量。

 The first psychic passage usually experienced is that part of the frontal passage which extends between Manipura kshetram at the navel, and uvishuddhi kshetram at the throat pit. This is the passage used in the first steps of ajapa japa. The full frontal passage, like sushumna nadi in the spine, extends from mooladhara to ajna. The kshetrams, which are trigger points for the activation of the chakras in the spine, lie along this passage.

在肚脐的四方形的地方,这是用于开启眉心轮通道的第一个步骤。这些通道的关口,就如同在脊柱上的轮一样,从根轮一直到眉心轮。契合法,是开启脊柱上的通道关口的关键。

  The most powerful passage is sushumna nadi which rises straight up through the center of the spinal column. This is the path through which the awakened kundalini travels from mooladhara to sahasrara and is represented symbolically by the river saraswati. The main chakra points and the experiences of their awakening are situated along this passage. The points located along the spine are known as chakra sharira, or the body of the chakra.

最强大的通道是脊柱中心的中脉。这是用SARASWATI江代表的从根轮到顶轮的昆达利尼通道。主要的轮和觉醒的点也位于这条通道上。比如说SAHRIRA轮,或是身体的关口。

  After sushumna, ida and pingala nadis are the most important psychic channels, although only pingala is used as a psychic passage. The reason for this is that when Ida is used in this manner, the mental force becomes dominant, which can cause one to lose pranic vitality and mental stability. Pingala is known as the surya or sun nadi, and is represented by the Yamuna River. Ida is known as the Chandra or moon nadi, and is represented by the Ganga River.

在中脉之后,虽然左中右肪都是最重要的通道,但只有右脉才用做精神信息通道。因为左脉是行为,神经占主要地位。左脉能让人减退生命活力和神经的稳定。右脉是太阳脉或是太阳通道。YAMUNA象征着它。左脉是月亮脉或是月亮通道。GANGA 象征着它。

  Ajna chakra is represented by prayaga, the underground meeting-place of the Ganga (ida nadi), Yamuna (pingala nadi) and saraswati (sushumna nadi) rivers . From ajan these three proceed as one river, one flow of consciousness. After ajna there is no difference between prana and consciousness. There is one cosmic awareness moving upward.

而PRAYAGA这个地方象征着眉心轮。是三江汇合之处(即三脉汇合之处)。从眉心轮开始,就没有能量和意识和区别,是一种向上活动的宇宙意识。

  The practice of prana vidya enables the practitioner to experience the flow and color of prana as it passes upward through the pingala passage. Sometimes it is seen like the strand of a spider’s web shinning and translucent at dawn. One may also see tiny points of luminous light or sparkling jewels suspended on a silver thread. They are the subtle and mysterious chakras located along sushumna, these experiences arise gradually as we purify ourselves through yogic practices. They are an indication that we are making progress and beginning to master prana vidya.

当练习者通过能量练习技巧进行练习时,就会感受到有颜色的能量或能量流经过右脉向上运动的。有时象蜘蛛网状向外发散或是象晨光。一个人也可以感受它似无数的光线或是发光的宝石。它们是如此的神秘和清晰的位于中脉上,只有通过练习瑜伽,才能清洁身体,而感受到。它们也是我们取得进步和成为能量的主人的指导。

  The psychic centers

  The third key to awareness of prana is the psychic centers or chakras. These centers are vortices of subtle prana located at specific points along the sushumna passage.  The psychic centers have been discovered by yogis, rishis and sages of various traditions in India and throughout the world. They have been seen, not by physical dissection of the body, but by psychic introspection. From the knowledge of these centers, the great science of kundalini yoga has developed, which is concerned with awakening the chakras.

精神的中心

能量觉醒的第三个关键是精神中心或是轮。这些中心于中脉通知上具体的细微的小的能量区域或是小坑中。精神中心或是轮是世界瑜伽修行者比如各种各样的圣人、贤人共同的智慧。他们是可以通过内观精神世界感知的,而不是通过肉眼或是生理上存在的。关于昆达利尼觉醒是作为一种科学不断发展的。

  According to the concept of prana vidya, prana is generated at mooladhara; it is stored in Manipura; purified at vishuddhi and distributed from ajna. These are the four chakras that we use in the practice of prana vidya. We need to become aware of how each chakra of prana vidya, we need to become aware of how each chakra influences the activity of pranic energy, and what experience takes place when the various chakras are awakened. With the techniques of prana vidya, the chakras can be awakened quickly if we practice diligently. It will not just happen spontaneously. We need to stimulate, influence and control our prana, and this must be done gradually and with care.

根据能量学说,根轮发出能量,储藏在脐轮中,在喉轮中净化,并由眉心轮控制。这四个轮是在能量练习当中常用的轮。我们需要感知能量学说的轮的功能,我们需要感知在能量运动是各轮是如何相互影响的,当不同的轮唤醒时,能感受到什么。如果我们勤奋的练习瑜伽的技巧,我就就能很快地启动轮。它不会自发地开启,只有不断的刺激,影响和控制能量,才能开启。

The psychic sound

  The fourth key to a awareness of prana is the psychic sound . according to nada yoga, sound manifests within us as well as outside. The practices of nada yoga involve withdrawal of auditory perception so that during the practice we no longer hear external sounds. When our attention is completely withdrawn to the centre of the head, we can develop awareness of chidakasha, psychic space, within the head, we can then observe any sounds that arise spontaneously from within that space.

精神的声音

能量觉醒的第四个关键是精神的声音。根据NADA瑜伽所示,还存在着外部的声音。NADA瑜伽通过不长的练习收敛感官从而能听到外部的声音。当我们的注意力完全的收敛,用我们的心,我们就能听到外空的任何声音。

The usual experiences of nada are , to quote a few ,in increasing degrees of subtlety:mardala, bell , horn ,tinkking bells ,flute, veena and bees . the sound begins in a very subtle way and gradually the intensity increases . tinkling bells or the notes of the veena can actually be heard even if there are no bells or veenas present outside. The experience manifests entirely inside.

按NADA瑜伽的惯例,从而增加声音的细微区别。分别是MARDALA,BELL,HORN,TINKKING BELLS,FLUTE,VEENA和BEES。让人习惯这种声音,从而在没有这种声音时,我们仍然从内心感受到这此细微感受。

After we have brought all the inner sounds to our conscious awareness, a profound throbbing sound may be experienced ,as if we are in a deep cavern or tunnel, at the other end of which someone is playing music ,drums or a flute. The sound will begin at a very low pitch ,which will gradually increase until it slowly diminishes after some time. At the end of this period we may become aware of the innermost nada, the transcendental sound of Om.

经过自我内在意识觉醒的内在声音,关注内在的感受,通过感受内在仿佛某人在弹奏乐器,从而认识自我。直到它完全消失。从而转化为宇宙的声音。

The psychic symbol

The fifth key to pranic awareness is the psychic symbol which is experienced through the practice of concentration. The symbol can be any object on which we can fix our mind. It can be an abstract symbol, a scene from nature ,a yantra or mandala, the sun ,moon ,a candle flame, a cloud or anything that attracts us . by concentrating on the image of the symbol, we shall gradually develop the ability to see it internally, as clearly as we see it externally.

精神图腾

意识觉醒的第五个关键是精神图腾或是练习集中注意力。这个图腾是可以将你练习集中的任何物体。可是是一副自然的画,云,或是其它影响你的物体。我们应不断的发展内观的能力,只有从外在到内的清晰的。

Depending on our personality and astrological sign, a symbol is given at the time of mantra diksha, to aid our concentration and enable us to go deeper into the inner-dimensions. This will help us to prepare us for higher pranayama practices.

根据自我的个性和占星术的表征,一个图腾精神的时间,可以让我们有能力去更深入到心的内层,也能帮助我们进入更深层的呼吸法的练习。
