1. 英文字幕：第一遍打开英文字幕观看（段位高了以后可以无字幕观看），一口气把动画看完。不理解的地方没有关系，根据情节、人物、场景去推测，如同考试做阅读理解猜测一样。
2. 剧本笔记：对照纯英文剧本或中英文剧本再看第二遍，一边看一边做好笔记，看完以后再集中整理、消化。不懂的弄懂了，当然就会大大地进步了。实用的单词短语、精彩的句子反复朗读、背诵。 3. 温故知新：脱离剧本再看一遍电影，如果还有跟不上的地方，就再反复观看，查阅笔记学习。挑选自己喜欢的片段，跟读模仿，还可以把自己的声音录下来和电影对比，更能发现自己发音的问题。 4. 生活背景声：这是看电影/美剧/动画学英语最后的状态了。无论你是在刷牙洗脸，还是在打扫房间，或者睡前小跑散步，或者贴面膜泡脚，或者一个人的夜晚泡一杯清茶画秘密花园，或者长途开车车载USB播放MP3，都可以打开任意一部学习过的电影，不看画面，只听声音——情节、台词早就耳熟能详，它已经淡化为你生活的背景声，已经融为了你的老朋友。
