Please be aware that in reaching this editorial decision, other factors may have been taken into account, such as the novelty of the paper, prior recent acceptance of manuscripts with similar content, and space limitations imposed by the publisher. Thus, we are sometimes placed in the position of rejecting otherwise excellent manuscripts.
