2、如果不知道公交站牌在哪，可以这样问： Where do I catch the bus to …… Where is the bus stop for the…… 例如： Where do I catch the bus to the zoo? 去动物园的公交车在哪里乘坐? Where is the bus stop for the Central Avenue? 去中心大道的公交汽车站在哪里？ 或者： Could you tell me where the No.1 bus stops? 你能告诉我1路车在哪儿停吗？ Do you know where the nearest bus station is? 你知道最近的公交车站在哪里吗？
3、如果想知道公交车多久来一趟，可以问： How often does bus No. 7 come? 7路公交车多久一班? 或 Do you know how often No. 2 runs? 您知不知道2路车隔多久来一趟？
对方可能会回答你： It runs every twenty minutes. 每20分钟来一趟。
4、如果你得数着站点下车，可能就需要知道途中会经过多少站，可以问： How many stops are there to……？ 例如： How many stops are there to Oxford University? 去牛津大学要坐多少站?
对方可能会回答你： It's three stops from here. 离这儿只有3站。
5、如果没有直达目的地的车，你可以问问是否需要中途转车： Should I transfer anywhere? 我应该在中途转车吗？ Do I have to change at some place? 我必须在中途转车吗？
6、问车票多少钱： How much is the fare to …… 例如： How much is the fare to the stadium? 去体育场的车票多少钱?
7、如果上了一辆车，但不确定这趟车是否到你要去的地方，可以先问驾驶员： Does this bus stop at ……？ Will this bus pass anywhere near……？ 例如： Does this bus stop at the square? 这趟车在广场停吗? Will this bus pass anywhere near Center Plaza? 这辆车经过中心广场吗？
8、如果看到有座位空着，而旁边有人坐的话，可以先询问一下： Does anyone sit here? 这里有人坐吗？ Is this seat taken? 这个座位有人坐吗？
9、如果你需要驾驶员提醒你下车，可以提前跟驾驶员说： Can you call out the stops? 你能把站名报出来吗？ Can you let me know when we get to the place? 我们到达地点以后告诉我一声好吗？
10、如果担心自己是否坐过站，可以询问驾驶员或者身边的乘客： What's the next stop? 接下来是哪一站？ What stop are we at? 我们到哪一站了？
11、 如果有人坐在你旁边靠过道的座位上或挡在车门前，你可以用这句话请别人让一让： Excuse me, this is my stop. 劳驾，我要下车。 情景小剧场  A 乘客 B 路人 Dialogue A A: Excuse me, Could you tell me which bus I should take to go to the railway station? 打扰一下，请问我该乘哪路车到火车站?

B: Every fifteen minutes. 15分钟一班。
