Press ahead (with sth) (phrasal verb)
●To continue doing something in a determined way, despite difficulties, opposition, 
or interruptions.
  ((坚定地)继续推行)
Examples:  
1.The company pressed ahead with plans to build the skyscraper.  
2.We shall press ahead with our plans for reform.
Commission (verb)
●To bring (something newly produced) into working condition; to be ready for active 
service.
(正式投产或投入服务)
Examples:  
1.We had a few hiccups getting the heating equipment commissioned.  
2.This plant was commissioned toward the end of 1966 .
Go to any/great lengths (idiom)
●To try very hard to achieve something.
  (竭尽全力,全力以赴)
Examples:
1.We went to great lengths to ensure that this film was historically accurate.  
2.He'll go to any lengths to get what he wants.
Crop out (phrasal verb)
●To happen or appear unexpectedly.
  (意外地出现或发生)
Examples:  
1.We mustn't get unwary just because nothing unusual has cropped up.  
2.Her name keeps cropping up in conversation.
Throw a tantrum/wobbly (idiom)
●To suddenly become very angry and behave in an unreasonable way; to react in a very angry way.
  (发脾气,胡闹,(粤语:发烂渣))
Examples:  
1.My mum would throw a wobbly if she knew what we'd been doing.  
2.He immediately threw a tantrum, screaming and stomping up and down like a child.
