【原】（视频）USCG火了：保温救生服将重点检查

先附一段视频，源于网络，女孩子都那么专业，干净、利索，男同志更应该珍惜自己的工作，船员是辛苦，却是一份受人尊敬的职业。下面是本期的重点

USCG 3-18号safty alert 于3月20日发布，该通告是关于救生保温服的，通告之处检查中发现部分保温救生服拉链和衣服之间的粘合剂失效，导致拉链有可能从衣服上脱落，从而无法达到防水密封的效果。并建议：Due to the high failure rate discovered during the Coast Guard exam (35 out of 40 suits were defective), the Coast Guard strongly recommends that vessel operators inspect their Immersion Suits for this potential unsafe condition. Do not wait to discover the problem during a real emergency. As a reminder, any replacement survival suits need to be approved by the vessel’s Flag State.（该情况会在生死关头对船员造成严重的危害。由于我们在检查中发现该缺陷非常普遍（在40件被检查保温服中发现了35件存在缺陷，缺陷率为87.5%）。同时我们强烈建议船员应该主动去检查浸水保温服，不要等到真正的危机关头才去关注，避免意外发生。我们同时再次提醒，更换的船用救生衣必须符合船旗国的规定。）

其实USCG不是第一次关注保温救生服

SOLAS Reg. III/7.3规定： 应为指派为救助艇员和海上撤离系统的每个工作人员配备1件符合规则2.3要求的救生服，或符合规则2.4要求的抗暴露服。如果船舶一直在温暖气候区域航行，主管机关认为有必要进行温度保护，则可不必配备保温服。（An immersion suit, complying with the requirements of section 2.3 of the Code or an anti-exposure suit complying with section 2.4 of the Code, of an appropriate size,shall be provided for every person assigned to crew the rescue boat or assigned to the marine evacuation system party. If the ship is constantly engaged in warm climates* where, in the opinion of the Administration thermal protection is unnecessary, this protective clothing need not be carried.）

LSA2.3则是从性能方面对immersion suit进行了规定，注意到英文中标红的部分of an appropriate size，中文中没有翻译，仔细看好像翻译的还有点歧义。这句话很长我们可以分析下。complying with the requirements of section 2.3 of the Code or an anti-exposure suit complying with section 2.4 of the Code是个伴随状语，主干应该是An immersion suit of an appropriate size, shall be provided for every person assigned to crew the rescue boat or assigned to the marine evacuation system party.，一般情况下immersion suit上面有个kg范围，只要船员体重再范此围内应算符合要求，但是有的检查官较真，非让穿着试试，而且公约讲的是合适尺寸，不是合适体重，这样就悲催了，下图是USCG提供的缺陷照片及缺陷
