Without any problem, really.
Logistically, it is actually not even that hard. 2.3 million blocks of limestone, 5 to 6 million tons. Plus some blocks of granite, 80 tons or so for the biggest.
The heavies first - a oversize transport truck setup (lowboy) can easily (!) carry those. In Germany, MAN Turbo ships diesel engines for ships regularly which weigh in at 300 tons and more. So, basically, all we need is a road to get to the site and a crane to put them in place. Or go by rail - flatcars to carry those loads are quite common. Even easier, use a barge on the nearest river (in Gizah, the Nile), and truck only the last few km. Use a Goldhofer Schopf, ALE, or Scheuerle SPMT setup, if you want, those carry several thousand tons (they are used to move whole ships, offshore oil drill rigs, the like…).
Smaller stones could be transported by flatcar, too. Also, the normal semi trailer (open) can carry about 10 of those. Or go with a smaller lowboy setup. To make unloading faster, use a setup that allows to use forklifts to get under the stone without a pallet (special construction of the trailer, or just put some planks under…).
A company I worked for some years ago had more than 500 semi trailers.
500 * 10 stone * 220 workdays (leave and sick days for drivers included) = 1,100,000, / 2 (1 day per direction to allow for longer distances, see question below) = 550,000
Transport done in 4 years, 2 months, plus change. If you want to (and can afford it), use a double or triple personell setup, so the trucks can literally run day and night, and you might be able to shave off a few weeks.
For me the question would be…
Which quarries do we get 550,000 stones per year from?
Edit:
a detailed plan for an operation like this would take some time to do. This is just what I can come up with on the fly from my experience in the business.

Do you know what this is?
The Palm Island in Dubai.
They used 210 million cubic meters of rock, sand and limestone from 16 different quarries to create this Island.
Let me show you the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
It took 100 different contractors 10 years to build this. It cost approximately $4 billion. Overall across all contractors and over 10 years, 2 million people had at least an indirect contribution to the project.
The International Space Station cost $100 billion to build and involved 100,000 people in 15 nations.
By comparison, the great pyramid of Giza would cost $5 billion to build with 1,500 to 2,000 workers and would take around 5 years.
Yes, it’s amazing but it could fairly easily be built today without a single loss of life. The real challenge would be logistical, not technological. We have sent people to space!

Absolutely.
With modern power tools and transportation, we could do it faster and with fewer people involved, and since we know where most of the quarries are which provided the stones for the pyramids, one of which is conveniently pretty much right next door, we could do it using basically the original materials.
It would, of course, be a huge project, but far from unthinkable. The Great Pyramid, for example, weighs a bit over 5 million tons. That’s about as much as fifteen or so Empire State Buildings, or about ten percent less than Hoover Dam. Big project, yes. Doable, double yes.

In a way no.
As of the current moment, there are still things about the Pyramids that are unknown.
Mysterious Void Discovered in Egypt's Great Pyramid
We don’t quite have a fully and perfect blueprint of the Pyramids so the Pyramids that would be rebuilt would be imperfect.
This is actually true of quite a lot of ancient sites where because the place is so ancient, it is not excavated for study for more information with the idea that future generations will have better tools to do it more carefully.
Therefore, if the Great Pyramids were destroyed, people could make it look the same on the outside but information would be lost and a perfect replica would be impossible.

Well with all these technology advances we can yet can't .
We can build a structure of the same shape as Pyramids and it will cost billions of dollars but still won't be the same. It will only be the same shape.
It is nearly Impossible to build the Pyramids again in the same material , shape and structure.
The Great Pyramid of Khufu alone has more than 2300000 limestone and granite brick with a total weigh of over 6 million ton . A single brick range from 2 ton to 15 ton.
Also the Pyramids are complex structured from inside and have many secrets because it was built to hide tombs and prevent thievies from stealing them in anyway.
If you built the Pyramids today you will use less complicated materials , very small brick , too much energy and still won't have the complex structure from inside and end up spending tens of billions of dollars.
Just imagine how the Pharaohs built the Pyramids in that way more than 4000 years ago.
**edit: As a reply for those who say that some vehicle and machines can carry very huge weights.
These machines aren’t found in huge scale and only few pieces from them were produced at very high costs . Again let's take a look at Khufu PyramidWeighing about 6000000 ton and say on average the brick will be 2 ton . (You need great amounts of limestone and great amount of energy to shape it)You will need to produce 3000000 cubic brick of very large size and weigh of 2 ton. Then you will have to transport 6000000 ton to the working site. Then you will have to lift them and you will need to lift up to 140 meter high. You will end up using vast amount of resources, great amount of energy , produce a lot of pollution , use a very huge number of labors and wait for years to get it finished. The task is nearly Impossible. And still you will not have the same interior design of the Great Pyramid of Khufu.Ancient Egyptians built the Pyramids without using any of the modern technology and without electricity or oil (thus no pollution)

First off, it’s obvious we do not build that way anymore. We don′t even have too. We don′t need to haul big blocks. But we usually do haul much larger quantities of gravel, sand, stone, concrete, peebles, etc.
But ok, we need to adapt to build a pyramid made of millions of big blocks.
First, what’s the best logistics to transport the stones from the quarry? Probably a sort of rail transport.
Also, good logistiics so as to reduce hauling. Objective is to cut the stone in place and in level to just move it sideways, down a ramp towards a loading dock at level with the railcar platform. Same thing at the construction site. Stone should only be moved sideways from the rail platform, and then through ramps to it’s resting place.
A french architect has imagined and somewhat proved that instead of one ramp, the pyramids used spiral ramps around it, where lever systems would pull the blocks up
Really, if we do nail down the logistics, with modern equipment, we can reduce workforce and finish the pyramids in 1/10 of the time the ancients needed.
I would say… spend some 2 years planning before building. Make tests of methods and computer simulations. That should replace several decades of experience

No, we cannot.
Well, it's not me who thinks this but people who have actually spent their lives stuyding pyramids.
With our modern technology, we'll build something which will look similar, but it won't be the same thing.
It is true we can build more amazing things today, but this doesn't mean we can replicate what people in the history did. Pyramids is not the only example, there are many things which fascinate us today from historical perspective but since we don't know thier original manufacturing or construction processes, so we cannot replicate them. What we'll have is probably something more advance, but not the same.
A simple example I see is repair of broken parts of old historic buildings, which I have observed in various parts of the world. The repairs clearly look like a modern day repair/patch work and doesn't usually even match the old bricks, stones, or whatever material was originally used and glued. So these repairs look ugly. You can argue that we don't put enough time and effort to make these repairs match the original, but that's the whole point. We really cannot replicate what people did in old times, whether it is some simple everyday object or something as great as the great pyramids.

What a question?
With present day technology, transportation, digital engineering, resources we can build not only pyramids but Taj Mahal; even Mecca Madina (mosque) Will they be same as the original?! If anyone says YES, I can say he is blind and ignorance!
You should go and see ancient temples in India and which are being constructed in modern. times. They may be similar in some aspects, but modern temples don't inspire even one percent of awe inspired by temples which were demolished by unscrupulous, barbarian, Muslim invaders who do not know value of culture.

Of course, if we wanted to do it.
We’d just do what they did, even though none of the Egyptologists want to admit it. We’d formulate a quick-setting limestone concrete, cast the blocks in situ, and then if we wanted to make the “new” Pyramids look like the originals did 5,000 years ago, we’d cover them with polished granite blocks.
There’s nothing that Imhotep and his cohorts did five millennia ago that we couldn’t do again today, if the desire to do so was there. We could build our own “Valley of the Kings” out in the Mojave right now, if someone was crazy enough to want to.

Technically it would be trivial to build something very similar.
Rebuilding them exactly is somewhat more challenging, as there are details about their construction that are still not known and if they were destroyed we wouldn’t have the original to study and model any more.
The biggest challenge would be figuring out how to pay for it all.

Quick answer not wanting to get into such things as logistics, calculations, time, then vs. now. Yes we can them like they did. Would our pyramids be exactly the same or a reasonable facsimile? There would only be one way to find out. Would the joints be as tight? I don’t know. Would they stand as straight and close to perfect alignment? I would hope they would!
What our modern minds have much more than their ancient counterparts had is arrogance. We have our modern techknowledge, supercomputers, earthmoving machines, and puff our chest out as being so superior. We then choose to ASSuME it was no big deal for Egyptians to have built the Pyramids 5000 years ago.
YES we could build a Pyramid now, but i doubt it would be as well built and able to last 5000 years.

While the technology exists to do so, it would be considered too expensive to make the effort. Finding usable materials, after all the development that Egypt has experienced as its population as boomed, would also be difficult.
Value them while you can. ISIS has called for them to be pulled down along with the Sphinx as the religious duty of a true Muslim.
There is a report that the oldest pyramid is being destroyed through the incompetence of its restoration company:
Egypt's Oldest Pyramid Is Being Destroyed By the Company Hired to Fix It
Abbas I, ruler of Egypt from 1848-1854 wanted them torn down for some better purpose, but was persuaded that it would cost too much and he would be scorned by the civilized nations. The pyramids could rest easier after he murdered by two slave boys sent for the purpose.

We could re-build the great pyramids today, but the methods after 4,500 years of technological development are quite different, and some only recently available. Imhotep had technology secrets that were lost and not re-discovered. The pyramids are still awesome and baffling.
For example, the blocks are cut and placed to tolerances that requires laser alignment tools that have only been built in the last couple of decades, this precision is what made them earthquake proof and preserved the contents.
We think we know how they moved the blocks without roads, but not how they raised and positioned them. The work force was smaller than what we need for similar scale projects built with motorized equipment.

Could we rebuild a pyramid that was destroyed ? If we answer the question from the current perspective with all the technological and architectural feat we have achieved, its very well possible. And with all the tools at the disposal, we can complete this project in a very less amount of time and less number of workers. But rebuilding it to be exactly similar to the Pyramids would be a tough ordeal. Though we could build the exterior of the structure similarly, we wouldn't be able to have the same structure inside. We still haven't been able to discover the details of the complex construction that has gone into the inside of the pyramids. But yes, since we know the materials that went into the construction of the Pyramids, so it's realistically possible to make a structure similar to the existing pyramids.
The real question is do we really need to invest that much amount of money in such a huge project ! But even if we do invest in a huge project, it's not impossible is it !
But still credit has to be given to the Egyptians who created a marvel and it's really amazing as to how they completed the project with the technology and knowledge they had at that time.

If you mean exactly the same way, I wouldn’t think so. They would have hand cut all of that stone with copper tools which would have to be reforged after not much use, again and again, basically needing an onsite tool factory. We are not sure how they moved those blocks over land from the quarry to the river or what sort of rafts they used to float them downstream or how they moved them to the final site etc. Even if you had the incredible will and an unlimited budget it would mostly be guesswork using multiple theories. If you mean to original specifications by modern means probably. All of the production and assembly would be do-able enough, but again the exact finishing of the outer surface would be guesswork, since the finely finished outer stones were taken away for building material long, long ago.

Sure we could and fairly easily using modern equipment. If your asking could we build it the same way the Ancient Egyptians did it might be a problem. Technically we could without much trouble manage to use the same type of devices that were used to move the heavy blocks into place. The thing that we might have problem with would be acquiring the number of slaves needed to do all the heavy lifting and dirty work. The world in general frowns on slavery and rightfully so. No slaves, no labor equals no pyramid.

We probably could. But the sheer amount of work required to do this would be unthinkable. Who would fund it today? I am sure we could create a assembly line and have specialized workers doing certain parts of a task. We have much more advanced tools today that would speed up the process. But still, even with today’s technology, it seems like a difficult task.
