Not off the top of my head.

一时想不起来

当别人问你还记不记得某某事，但是你却一时之间想不起的时候，就可以用这句话回答别人。

看个例子，更容易理解：

A: Do you remember that actor's name？

A：你记得那个演员的名字吗？

B: Not off the top of my head, but I can find out for you.

B：一时想不起来。不过我可以帮你查出来。

补充：如果去掉not，也就是off the top of one's head ，意思是「马上想到…」。

例句：

He named a few good restaurants in the neighborhood off the top of his head.

他马上讲了几家他所能想到的附近好的餐厅。
