1.口德

得饶人处且饶人。

直话，可以转个弯说；

冷冰冰的话，可以加热了说；

批评人的话，一对一的说，要顾及别人的自尊。

2.Palm virtue

3.面德

不给面子是最大的无礼。

任何时候，给对方一个体面的台阶；

看破别说破，面子上好过。
