One very hot day Ali finds a carpet in his uncle's shop.

有一天，天非常热，阿里在叔叔的店里发现了一张地毯。

'What's this?'

“这是什么?”

Suddenly the carpet jumps! It moves and flies off into the air.

突然间，地毯跳了起来，飞到了空中。

'Hey! What's happening?'

“什么情况？”

A loud booming voice comes from the carpet.

'Welcome, O master. I am a magic carpet.'

地毯里发出了低沉而洪亮的声音：

“欢迎你，我的主人，我是魔毯。”

First, they fly high up into the sky and then they land in a jungle. It is hot and wetand it's raining.

他们先飞到了天上，然后降落在了丛林里。丛林里又热又潮湿，而且还在下雨。

 'It's raining! Yuck!'

“下雨了！真讨厌！”

Then they fly to the desert. It is very, very hot and dry.

然后他们飞到了沙漠，那里非常干燥炎热。

 'It is very, very hot today!'

“今天怎么这么热！”

After that they fly to the South Pole. There is lots of ice and snow. It's freezing.

后来他们飞到了南极，那里冰雪覆盖，寒冷刺骨。

 'Brrr!'

“呜呜呜……（好冷）”

'Where are we now? I can't see!'

“我们在哪里？我看不见了！”

'In the mountains. Can you see me?'

“在山里，你看得见我吗？”

'It's very foggy.'

“雾太大了！”

Then they fly to a forest. It's very windy there.

然后他们飞去了森林，那里风很大。

'Oh, it's windy in the forest!'

“妈呀，森林里风太大了！”

Then they fly to an island in the sea. There is thunder and lightning.

然后他们飞到了海岛上，那里电闪雷鸣。

'Aaagh! Let's go home!'

“啊！我们还是回家吧！”

'What a storm!'

“暴风雨太可怕了！”

Finally, they fly back home. The carpet lands in the shop and Ali gets off.

终于，他们飞回了家里。魔毯在叔叔的店里降落，阿里从上面下来。

'Wow! What an adventure!'

“哇！这冒险太精彩了！”
