过去将来时主要形式:should/would + 动词原形 注:should一般用于第一人称,would一般用于第二,第三人称 如: (1)He promised that he would pay me a lot if I helped him with the project. 他答应付给我许多钱,如果我帮助他搞那个项目。 (2)Every time when he was free ,he would sit down and read some books 每次他只要有空,他就会坐下来看书 二,过去将来时的用法【1】 表示从过去某一时间来看将要发生的动作或存在的状态,一般用于主句为过去时的宾语从句中。如: (1) He said he would come here next Friday. 他说他下周五会来这 (2) I knew that he would help us when we were in trouble. 我知道当我们遇到麻烦时他会帮我们。 【2】 表示过去的动作习惯或倾向: 例: (1)The old man would sit on a bench in the quite park for hours without doing anything. 那个老人会静静地坐在公园的长椅上什么也不做。 (2) When I worked on that farm, I would get up at 5 am. 当我在农场工作时我需要5点起床。 【3】 用于虚拟语气中: (1) If I were you, I would not do that. 如果我是你,我不会那样做。 (2) If he were here, he would show us how to do it. 如果他在这他会告诉我们怎么做。 三,过去将来时的其他形式【1】was / were going to + 动词原形。如: 注意:表示纯粹的将来时用would或should,表示打算或主观认为的事情用was或were going to+(动词原形) (1)She told me she would be 18 the next month. 她告诉我她下个月就18岁了 (2)She said that I was going to be sent to meet her at the railway station. 她说我将要去火车站见她。 【2】was / were to + 动词原形。如: (1)The building was to be completed next month. 这栋建筑下月即将竣工。 (2) Li Lei was to arrive soon. 李雷不久将到这里 【3】 was / were about to + 动词原形。如: (1) We were about to leave there when it began to rain heavily and suddenly. 我们即将离开时,突然下起瓢泼大雨。 (2) He was about to have lunch when the bell rang. 铃响时,他正准备吃午饭。 |
