etc. 是拉丁短语 et cetera 的缩写(念成/ˌ ɪt ˈsetərə/ ),et 就等于英文的 and,所以该短语相当于 and so on”(等等、诸如此类)。 1. My mom is a great cook. She can cook Chinese food, Italian food, Japanese food, etc. 2. My brother can play many musical instruments: the piano, the guitar, the violin, etc. 这里要提醒一点,如果句中使用了 for example 或者 such as,后面就不能再用 etc. My brother can play many musical instruments, such as the piano, the guitar, the violin, etc. Did you bring pencil, eraser, ruler, etc.? I have brought pencil, eraser, ruler, etc., and are they enough? |
