And you can see this is an example of severe pulmonary edema. You have alveolar infiltrates bilaterally. You can see that the patient is supine. You can see that there's not well inflated lungs. So they're hypo inflated. And there is alveolar infiltrate. And this setting is most likely pulmonary edema, severe bilateral alveolar pneumonia or alveolar hemorrhage could have a similar appearance.
