如果还是不行，试试下面这个方法，把包下载到本地进行安装，我是用这种方法解决的：

后面的royfrancis/pophelper可以根据自己的需求更改相应的作者名/包名.

然后进行本地安装：

例如在Rstudio里面：

就可以啦。
