There are the main components needing oiling maintenance below, please do add oil in time and keep clean, which is important to the manchine’s service life.

1.Oiling for main guide rail（Lubricating fluid, another name: machine oil）

圆角矩形标注: Step: 1. Add lubricating fluid on the oil cup of the main guide rail.
2. Turned the machine on ,to avoid
dropping in the same place and drop
down.
Cycle: One time after two days’ operation.

2. Oiling for loop wheel machine right and left (Grease spray)

圆角矩形标注: Step:
1.Clean the linear bearings.
2.Spraying linear bearings with grease spray, each bearing right amount.
3.Swinging the loop wheel machine manually to make it lubricant.
Cycle: One time after a week’s operation.

3.Oiling for print head rails（Grease spray or oil，another name：grease）

圆角矩形标注: 1、 Step: Spray grease onto each print head rail from down to up or spread the grease over them.
2、 ATTENTION: Not to spray too much, or it will drop down onto loop wheel machine.
3、 Cycle: one time after a week’s operation.

4、Oiling for auxiliary guide rail（Oil, another name:grease)

圆角矩形标注: 1、 Add appropriate solid grease on the upside and downside of each auxiliary guide rail.
2、 Turn on the machine and make it run automatically to even out the grease.
3、 Cycle:one time after a week’s operation.

5.Oiling for drive-chain(oil,another name:grease)

圆角矩形标注: 1、 Open the drive-chain oiling lid.
2、 Use the specified knife to spread the solid grease on the inside of the chain.
3、 Close the lid and screw it up.
4、 Cycle: one time after each month’s operation
