把握今天,活在当前
Do you often say the following words ? ' a minute', 'I'll do it later' or 'I’ll do it tomorrow'.
你经常会说以下几句话吗?'等会'、'一会就做'或'明天再做'。

If u are, remove them from ur vocabulary! After all we never know how much time we've left —& importantly we must use every minute!如果你是,请将这些词汇从你的字典里删除。毕竟我们不知道还剩有多少时间,重要的是我们得充分利用每时每刻。

Ur children are only babies for one moment! Take pictures! Make videos! Get on the ground & play with them! Avoid saying, 'No', 'if I’m done' or any other delays.
你的孩子暂时年幼,趁此拍些照片、录影,趴在地上和他们一起玩吧。不要说'不行'、'等我忙完了'或找其它借口拖延。

Be a good friend! Make visits! Make calls! Send cards! Offer help! let ur friends know how much they mean to u!
做个益友。拜访你的朋友、给他们打电话、送贺卡或向他们提供援助。让朋友知道他们对你有多重要。

Be the best child ! Just as with ur friends —help your parents whenever possible! Let ur parents know how much u love them!
尽力做最好的子女。像对待朋友那样,随时帮助父母并让他们知道你有多爱他们。

Love pets! Make sure u give lots of attention to them & show them love!热爱宠物。确保照顾好它们并给予关爱。
At lat let go of negativity! Don’t waste even a second on hateful or negative feelings! Be sure to live every second as if it were ur last!最后,勿有消极情绪。勿在憎恶或消极情绪上费时。要把每秒视作你今生的最后一秒。

Every day I wake up & think what's going to be my miracle today.每天醒来我在想,'今天什么奇迹会发生呢?'

I meditate & listen to beautiful music & review what I need to do that day. lying in my bed I think of all the adventures I may have, even if it’s just going to the store, cleaning the house, or just doing the ordinary things of everyday life. I always think: What miracle will happen today? What an unexpected thing is going to happen? It could be a compliment from someone, or it could be a discount at the store .
我沉思着,听着美妙的音乐,想着当天该做的事。躺在床上,想着要经历的冒险,即使只是去商场购物、打扫房间、做些日生活的琐事。我常想:今天会有什么奇迹呢?是某个人的赞美还是我没有想到的商场打折?

But one thing staying constantly in my mind is that a miracle will happen every day. It could be that phone call I’ve been expecting, or forgotten . Someone from long ago appears & still remembers me 我脑中萦绕的是奇迹每天都在发生。它可能是我期待已久或者已经忘记了的一个电话。又或是许久不见的一个人突然出现在眼前,依然记着我。
