上一期介绍了英语语法：三种句型的否定形式，这一期学习英语语法：被否定的句子成分。 英语的否定式，主要体现在谓语中，还有一小部分体现在主语或者其他成分中。 1.否定主语 否定主语时，可以在主语前加no, not或者用有否定含义的单词作为主语： No storm came in the end.结果没有来暴风雨。 No man can do it.没有人干得了。 Not asound was heard.一点响声也没有。 Not allthe students came early.不是所有学生都来得早。 （含义：有些学生来得早，但也有些来得晚。） Nothing happened.什么事也没有。 Nobody apologized.没人道歉。 2.谓语动词前的not在只有谓语（即谓语后边无其他成分）时，否定谓语本身；但谓语后面带有宾语、宾补、状语、定语时，就不是否定谓语本身，而是否定句子最后的一个成分（定语例外）：
He does not swim.他不会游泳。
They do not speak English.他们不会讲英语。 She will not give up French.她不会放弃法语。
My sister did not ask her to help me.我姐姐没叫她帮助我。
Jane did not do it carelessly.珍妮并没有粗心地做事。 I can not do it in such a hurry.我不能如此匆忙地办事。
