I most admire XXX, a highly successful businessman, for a  number of reasons. I admire the fact that he followed his passion. I  have met many professionals who regret that when the opportunity  arose, they did not pursue a career in which they could follow  their passions. 

I also admire Mr. XXX 's vision and the fact that he  was able to translate that vision into a notable success. That took  diligence, discipline, and hard work. Equally important, I admire  his commitment to employing professionals from a wide range of  backgrounds. 

His employees represent a wide range of countries  and ethnicities. His choices and achievements represent qualities I  try to develop in myself.
