When problems arise, students are inclined to turn to teachers or standard answers from textbooks. The ability to question lies in challenging something you consider wrong and doing whatever it takes to seek evidence to support your own idea. During the process, you are getting closer to the truth. For example, when I realized that the teacher might say something wrong in class, I tried to look for the answer online after class, only to find that it was me who made a mistake. This experience of questioning lets me deepen my understanding of that piece of knowledge. Understanding why and how to question is a necessity for every modern student. Such ability is a gold key for us to open the gate of true learning.
