In this teenager what's the most likely diagnosis?

 It's an impressive case what you're looking at as a large chest wall mass. And if you look carefully, you can see that it's involving the patient's third rib on the right. So you could say well maybe it's a chest wall mass, that's invading rib. 

Could it be mesothelioma? wrong age. Could it be a sarcoma? Okay, what kind of sarcoma? Well, the classic one involving bone and chest wall and a child is not lung cancer. And it's not lymphoma which can involve the chest wall, but the masses are more solid, and you would expect to see nodes which you don't see in these 3D images. Osteosarcoma is a thoughts, unusual bones, flat bones not that common, but you don't see any matrix. 

The best diagnosis is Ewing's sarcoma, and indeed this was a Ewing's sarcoma. Just a classic example.

是间皮瘤吗？年龄不对。是肉瘤吗？什么肉瘤？典型的累及儿童的骨和胸壁的病变不可能是肺癌。淋巴瘤也可以累及胸壁的，但是实性程度更高，这里的病变恰恰相反，这就是看不到其他3D图像的原因。可以考虑骨肉瘤，但是发生部分不常见，不常见于扁平骨。

最佳诊断为尤文氏肉瘤，该病变确实为尤文氏肉瘤，是一个非常典型的病例。
