➤ advice  [ədˈvaɪs] -n. 建议 

➤ I’m a little thrown. 

thrown在口语里有confused，疑惑的，不知所措的意思，这里Jay表示，没遇到过你来问我建议，有点不知所措，受宠若惊了。

➤ come to me  来找我

- This is one area in which you’ve done pretty well. 

‘in which you’ve done pretty well’ 这是一个定语从句，连接词which指代了前面的area。如果我们把它变成两个简单句的话，即，This is one area. You’ve done pretty well in the area. 

- He has a point.  他有一个观点，即他说得对，说得在点子上。
