President Trump has used his maiden State of the Union address to Congress to appeal to Americans to unit as one family. He said his first year in office had advanced his righteous mission to make American great again.

The official Democratic response came from congressman Joeseph Kennedy, the grandnephew of president Kennedy. He said as stocks soars and profits bulged, millions of Americans were being left behind.

Research carried out by BBC has found the Taliban fighters are now openly active in 70% of Afghanistan. Taliban influences expanded since foreign combat troops left in 2014.

And scientists at a Scottish University say they trained a killer whale to speak human words. The whale can apparently mimic words like “hello” and “bye-bye” through her blowhole.
