随着大家对肠道菌群的关注，菌群移植也变成了一个热点。虽然对菌群移植褒贬不一，但我们不得不承认菌群移植是一种值得研究的临床治疗方案。目前可能还不太成熟，但它的作用我们是不能小觑的。可能不知道哪天，你也能接受吃便便了呢 
虽然菌群移植可能会存在一些风险，例如在移植的时候，病毒也会跟着移植过去[1]，但它还是一种值得期待的疗法。众所周知，菌群移植是目前治疗复发性艰难梭菌感染的最有效的疗法之一[2]，也让普秃患者重新生长出头发[3]。👇 
菌群移植的威力当然不仅如此，一些研究已经表明菌群移植对结肠袋炎[4]，肠易激综合征（IBS）[5]，炎症性肠病（IBD）[6]，乳糜泻 [7]等肠道性疾病的治疗都是有疗效的。不仅如此，菌群移植对肥胖等代谢综合征[8]也是有作用的。 我们都知道抗生素的使用会导致肠道菌群的紊乱，菌群移植对于肠道菌群状态的恢复也是有帮助的。Science子刊最新报道 [9]，患者在异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）中接受常规抗生素治疗以减少感染，但同时也使肠道菌群多样性丧失。通过自体粪菌移植使患者菌群组成向治疗前的状态恢复，且耐受性良好。 
菌群移植对于一些疾病的治疗确实有效，但还是存在很多争议。不仅存在一些风险[10]，更有报道认为菌群移植或许就是没效，有效果的可能只是安慰剂效应罢了[11]。 小编觉得菌群移植的研究可能还不成熟，但不能因噎废食，这种治疗方案还是值得肯定的。只是确实要加强监管，更要注重个性化方案[12]！ 最后，我想说便便不再难吃，钱也不会好挣的，加油吧！少年！
