你申请什么？ Specifically state what it is that you are applying for. 为什么申请？ Identify the reason that you are applying. 理由是什么？ Give the reasons that you feel you merit or qualify for. 希望结果怎么样？ Identify what you hope to accomplish. 讲清需要回复的时间 Indicate the date by which you would like a response. 你的其它相关资料 Refer to any other documents you have included with your letter. 还需要哪些反馈？ Include a request for any information you would like to be sent. 你的联系方式 Include your contact information. 礼貌的结尾 Close your letter by sincerely thanking the person.
