比如我们可以说This is your company/project. It’s up to you.
entirely则加强了语气

注意这里的everything that he has to say这一句中的has to不是我们常见的have to=不得不做的意思
这里的has to say意思就是”有可以讲的话”
类似的我们可以说Just find out what he has to say.
