这里句子的结构划分是(I think I’m cursed), (because of something) (that happened before I was even born)
because后边跟句子, 表示原因; because of后边跟名词/代词, 表示原因.(by Lv8 Ivy)
这里something后边又跟了一个定语从句, 并且that做从句的主语
类似的比如He left the company, because of the people that worked there.

注意这句不是说”因为一些出生之前发生的事情所以我被诅咒了”, 而是说”因为一些出生之前发生的事情, 所以我觉得我被诅咒了”. (by Lv1 陈果果)
