come in表示到办公室来
这里in是副词, 后边不需要跟任何东西
比如你的同事生病请假一周了, 你问Are you coming in tomorrow?

meds=medicines=药物
注意这个词一般出现都是复数, 哪怕其实只吃一种药
adjusting your meds=把你的药物调整一下
