《女巫麦格和小猫莫格》（Meg and Mog）是由Helen Nicoll书写，Jan Pienkowsk绘画插图的一套儿童绘本，第一本书于1972年出版。

这套书是关于念咒语总是出错的女巫麦格Meg、她的猫莫格Mog、还有他们的朋友猫头鹰Owl之间发生的一系列故事。

Meg and Mog is a series of children’s books written by Helen Nicoll and illustrated by Jan Pieńkowski. First published in the 1970s, the books are about Meg, a witch whose spells always seem to go wrong, her striped cat Mog, and their friend Owl. The first book was published in January 1972.

这套绘本于2003被Absolutely Productions公司制作成动画片，并在英国儿童频道上播出，每集5分钟左右，语速稍慢，发音清晰，故事情节有趣，适合作为一部启蒙动画片观看。

动画片Penelope(蓝色小考拉)是根据Anne Gutman创作、Georg Hallensleben插图的一套儿童图书，由三家日本公司Nippon Animation, NHK Enterprises 和Shirogumi 共同制作完成，后BBC 获得完整的电视版权，于2009年在CBeebies学龄前儿童频道播出。

Based on the children’s book series written by Anne Gutman and illustrated by Georg Hallensleben, this (26 x 5) CG-animated production is co-produced by Nippon Animation, NHK Enterprises and Shirogumi Inc. The series centers on the inquisitive Penelope and illustrates the positive little stories about everyday life with her family and friends.

动画片内容是关于一个三岁小女孩、蓝色的考拉熊Penelope，她对周围的一切充满了好奇，在她和她的家人朋友之间发生了一系列乐观而又积极向上的故事。

动画片中的小考拉Penelope不断地提出各种问题，这将有助于培养孩子的逻辑、预判意识，鼓励孩子探索事物之间的因果关系。在观看动画片的同时，孩子也能学到一些简单生活用语和基本礼仪，从而提高表达、理解能力。

Based on the popular Gallimard books by Anne Gutman and Georg Hallensleben, Penelopechronicles the daily adventures of sweet-natured, 3-year-old chatterbox Penelope, a blue koala bear who has an insatiable curiosity about all things around her. Through constant questioning, the series helps children develop a sense of logic and anticipation, while encouraging them to explore action and consequence through the use of direct speech, expression and comprehension.

动画片每集5分钟，上下集之间联系不太紧密，随便打开一集即可观看。动画片中的小考拉形象可爱，故事情节进展缓慢，用词简单，语速慢，很适合启蒙阶段的孩子观看。

另外，这部动画片也适合父母陪孩子一起观看，Penelope的父母对她学习过程中所采用的引导方式值得我们借鉴参考。
