The fair's rapid expansion in scale prompted the organizer to find a larger complex.  1959年11月1日，第六届广交会在新建成的起义路中国出口陈列馆举行，直至第34届均在此举办。这是广交会第二次迁址。 In November 1959, the Canton Fair was held in the nearby Qiyi Road Exhibition Hall with a larger area of 34,500 square meters. The fair unveiled its own dedicated mascots——“Haobao Bee” and “Haoni Honey”——for the first time in its history.
