Its brewing technology is simple and the wine tastes sweet and mellow. It is very low in alcohol, so it is loved by people. China has a long history of more than 1,000 years in making wine with high quality coarse glutinous rice. Rice wine has become a daily drink for farmers. 二、你是“怎么读”并“读懂”这段(简单)英语而让自己的英语阅读“效果最大化”的 提示：“读懂”，也“只读懂”它的中文(意思)，“英译汉”式“英语阅读”是最失败的阅读。 提示：“读懂”英语，必须是体现出你边“读”英语边“用”英语的习惯和能力。 1) Rice wine, also called sweet wine Okay.I got you.I know what rice wine is now.Rice wine is also called sweet wine.Or sweet wine means rice wine in China. 必须要这样“用”英语“懂”英语，“记”英语：完全没有必要“记”中文，“懂”中文“才算懂”英语。 2) brewing technology也完全根本没有必要“弄成”中文“才能懂”：那样的“懂”英语“不是不可以”，是让你失去了一次“用”英语的机会和能力锻炼。 1.Okay.I got you.Rice wine brewing technology means you steam glutinous rice mixed with wine yeast. 把这句“读”英语“用”英语的英语“死记”下来(好过你死记它的中文)，今后你就可以直接用英语跟人“聊天”Chinese rice wine brewing了：根本不需要再“汉译英”式“说”英语了。 2.同样的：is made from steamed glutinous rice mixed with wine yeast是“什么意思”？ 不要“又去想”它的中文了： Okay.I got you.Is made from steamed glutinous rice mixed with wine yeast is the rice wine's brewing technology. 这就是英语阅读中典型的英语“互为解释”“互为理解”能力，是英语阅读中最需要锻炼出来的“英语学习力”：只做英译汉“谁不会”？ 3) Rice wine's brewing technology 我一直认为，中国“酿酒技术”是“农业手工”范畴，不应该使用只跟，或主要跟industry制造有关的technology一词搭配。但是，既然作为“第一次”见，我也不会“翻译成中文理解了事”，我们还是继续“沿用”我们“读”英语“用”英语的老套路解决之： Okay.I got you.In making wines,or rice wine in China,we can use the word technology to talk about it.We can say brewing technology,though it sounds not very natural:After all we are not making any machines,any cars so we use Technology. 直接“用”英语，用英语“告诫”自己“哦，原来可以这么用”，总比我们“动不动就英译汉”，“一言不合就翻中文”强的多。养成用英语理解的习惯是英语阅读的重要内容之一。 4) Rice wine has become a daily drink for farmers. 不是我们“不懂”初中英语farmer的中文(意思)，是我们“不能”张口就来它的英语peasant Okay.I got you.A fatmer means a peasant and a peasant is a farmer. 学过的英语peasant就是给你见到英语farmer时“用”的，不是给你跟鬼佬“面对面”时“用”的：因为你基本没有这个机会，也就是意味着你学的英语基本“没有用”。 |
