 谢楚余，广州美术学院油画系副教授。广东美术学院画家。自1989年以来，先后在广州、台湾、新加坡举办过五次个展。 谢楚瑜名作《陶》，半裸少女在沙滩上提着陶罐，冷峻的表情，倔强的眼神，完美的身材，石、云、浪、陶罐相互映衬，给人一种视觉上的丰富。感受和想象。 据说，“道”的创造起源于三种模式，一种是青岛，一种是汕头，一种是混血。在谢楚瑜看来，这三类人的结合是最美的，也是最完美的。“道”的出现，以中西合璧的唯美触动了世界。 有一首诗《道》，“是对千变万化的最大蔑视，是大海干涸的唯一见证。有破碎不屈的倔强，有淬炼的诚意，虽然脆弱，但也相信永恒……“道”在商业市场上也获得了很多关注。它被盗版并被大规模用于商业广告，成为中国油画史上盗版最多的油画。侵权“道”被列入1999年中国十大广告纠纷。 Xie Chuyu ( 谢楚余 ) is an associate professor in the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. and the sincerity of tempering, even though it is so fragile, it also believes in eternity… “Tao” also gained a lot of attention on commercial market.
It was pirated and used in commercial advertisements on a large scale, making it the most pirated oil painting in the history of Chinese oil painting. The infringement of “Tao” was included in the top ten advertising disputes in China in 1999.
