My name is Philips, 32 years old, graduated in the year of 2006 from ABC University, majored in industrial engineering. In August, 2006, I began my first job in Wrigley confectionary company Shanghai plant as a management trainee in LEAN department, 8 months later, I was promoted as the lean production coach, 2 years later, and that is to say, in the year of 2008, I got the internal opportunity as the IE supervisor. In April, 2012, I joined the TRW company, Anting plant, Jiading, Shanghai, as an associated ME manager.
