（5）财务职位

财务工作的人员应当具备的共同个性特征是擅于分析，因为财务工作人员每天都要处理和分析各类数据。因此我们在应聘有关财务职位时要着重说明自己这方面的个性特征。具体而言，我们强调自己工作时有条不素、注重细节，思维逻辑填密、理性化、精确化，处理问题的态度谨慎、严肃认真，并适当提供实例说明。此外，面试官还会从面试职位所涉及的具体财务工作向应聘者提问，应聘者应作好全面的准备。
