(3)提问的类型

应聘者应当多提一些开放式问题,尽量少问封闭式问题。此外,所提的问题涉及面要广一些,尽量做到每一个问题涉及一个方面。

向人事经理提问:

Who would be my supervisor?

With whom will I be working most closely?

What are the prospects for growth and advancement?

How are the company's values reflected in everyday activities?

What is the structure of the department?

向部门经理提问:

What would you most like to see done in the next six months?

What are the most important things you look for in a member of your team or department?

What are some examples of the best results produced by people in this position?

What are the most difficult problems that this job entails?

Can you describe the type of employee who works well with you?

What are this department's goals over the next year?

向高层管理人员提问:

What are the company's biggest challenges and how is it placed to meet those challenges?

What changes do you envision in near future for this company?

How has this company succeeded in the past?

How has the recent merger impacted on the company?

What are the future plans for growth and development?
