刷到了一个单细胞文章，是关于 amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), 是一种 neurodegenerative diseases ，我之前分享过：两个神经退行性疾病的单细胞核转录组队列的细胞亚群及其标记基因的比较，我看到这个文章的时候它仍然是在预印本：bioRxiv preprint doi: https:///10.1101/2022.03.25.485808; this version posted March 28, 2022.

文章标题是：《The Human Motoneuron Expression Signature is Defined by ALS-Related Genes》

取样和单细胞策略是：Lumbar spinal cord tissue was obtained from seven subjects (male and female, ~50-80 years old) and processed for single nucleus RNA sequencing.

降维聚类分群后，算法层面是65个亚群，生物学归类主要是是：

oligodendrocytes and their precursors and progenitors,
meningeal cells,
astrocytes,
endothelial
pericyte cells,
microglia,
neurons;
Schwann cells,

其中 neurons 还可以细分为：

motoneurons (MN),
excitatory dorsal neurons (ExDorsal),
inhibitory dorsal neurons (InhDorsal),
excitatory mid and ventral neurons (ExMV),
inhibitory or mixed mid and ventral neurons (InhMV).
