杨花飞扬和梅雨潮湿的春天过后
荔果红熟及蝉声响亮的夏天来临
江山明丽如画一般
日光照耀着葡萄架
池里荷花芳香飘送
田野炊烟透出农家
溪旁蝶影四处徘徊
水边鸥鹭寻觅鱼虾
午间闲睡瓜棚之下
日暮醒来遥看归鸦
清风轻轻地吹过
柳枝柔柔地摆动
黃昏渐落晩霞
浮云冉冉初起
远望天边明月
霧里笼纱
且見绿竹随风潇洒
犹听巢鸟啼鸣树桠
滴露凝結高低花草
芬芳弥漫內外篱笆
林间深处闪透螢火
池塘边畔跳满青蛙
Poem: Summer ( English translation )
After willow flowers dispersed
and the rainy season ended,
Lichee fruits had ripened with cicadas
vibrating their songs in Summer.
Wild country was so beautiful
like a colorful hand painting.
Sunlight shined on grape vines in the field.
The lotus pond sent out fragrance openly.
Cooking smoke leaked out from farm houses.
Butterflies flooded the streams from all sides.
Fishing birds picked their prey from water.
I took an afternoon nap
just under a patch of cucumbers.
I woke up at evening and saw the
homecoming of those notorious black birds
Winds blew across.
Willow trees were waving
The sun was coming down.
Night clouds started emerging.
I watched the distant moon surrounded by mist.
Green bamboo leaves were whispering
like ocean waves.
Nested birds sang on the tree branches.
Flower fragrances commingled
with the garden edges.
Flying trellis flushed its mating dance
deep inside the forest.
Numerous frogs jumped around the pond.
