toss and turn
辗转反侧
toss /tɔːs/ v/n.抛/扔；翻动
If you toss and turn, you keep moving around in bed and cannot sleep, for example, because you are sick or worried. 
Every night, I have to toss and turn for 15 minutes before I get comfortable, and then there's my husband, who falls asleep as soon as his head hits the pillow.

= sleep / get up until/when I wake up naturally 
Now I find it almost impossible to get up until I naturally wake up.
