2022年的伏暑期为加长版,三个伏天,一共40天,因为头伏10天,末伏10天,二伏有20天。伏暑期,是从每一年的夏至之后的第日开始的。今年的夏至这个节气,在621日下午514分,而之后的第1个庚日,是626日,即壬寅年丙午月庚戌日;第2个庚日,是76日庚申日;第3个庚日,是716日庚酉日。

The three-ten-day periods of 2022 is an extended version, as this hot season has 40 days consisting of 10 days in the first period, 10 days in the last and 20 days in the second. The sauna days begin every year on the third geng day after the Summer Solstice. This year, the Summer Solstice of the Chinese solar terms, falls on 21 June at 5:14, and the first geng-day after that, is 26 June, i.e., the gengxu day in Bingwu monthRenyin year; the second geng-day is 6 July, the gengshen day; and the third geng-day is 16 July, the gengyou day.

所以说,2022年的三伏天是从716日开始,824日结束,期间为40天。

Therefore, the three-ten-day periods of 2022 begins on 16 July, and ends on 24 August with a duration of 40 days.

今年的二伏为什么是20天呢?这是因为今年夏至后的第一个庚日出现得较早,87日立秋,而农历规定第三个伏天必须在立秋之后,故有“秋后加一伏”之说。

Why does the second period consist of 20 days? Because the first geng-day after the Summer Solstice this year comes rather early, and the Autumn commences on 7 August, while the lunar calender settles rigidly the third period after the solar term of Autumn Start, so there is the saying one period after autumn.

伏天要重视防暑降温

热天出汗多,尽量不要在烈日下面直接照射,以防热射病也叫中暑。要注意多喝水以保证人体水分充足,酸梅汤、柠檬茶等,都是不错的选择。像在四川这种湿度大的地方,当室外温度超过30摄氏度时,将室内空调开在26摄氏度,除湿模式而不是制冷模式,给人以很舒适的体验。
