【原】袅袅凉风动 凄凄寒露零

“袅袅凉风动，凄凄寒露零。兰衰花始白，荷破叶犹青。” 感觉进入白露节气才没多久，这就迎来了寒露节气。如果说“白露”是炎热向凉爽的过渡，那么“寒露”则是凉爽向寒冷的转折。

“薤上露，何易晞。露晞明朝更复落”，这露水像极了生命中大多数的日子转瞬即逝，不声不响、不着痕迹。但时光流逝的过程中每一个辗转回旋的瞬间，都值得被铭记。

Cold Dew, is the 17th solar term of the year, which occurs between October 7 and 9 in the Gregorian calendar. Cold Dew  gets its name from the dew which is about to become frost as the weather begins to get chilly.

寒露，是一年中的第17个节气，在公历的10月7日至9日之间。寒露得名于当天气开始变冷时，露水即将变成霜。

The dew is bigger and colder and there will be less rain. Autumn crops will be ripe. It is said that the kipper made on the day of the Cold Dew with accessory foods such as rice wine, salt, glutinous rice, and ginger are especially delicious.

寒露期间，露珠愈发大且寒凉。降水减少，秋作物趋于成熟。据说在寒露之日用米酒、盐、糯米、生姜等辅料制作的腌鱼特别美味。
